My expected need is for a trailer weighing less than the 18k rated Hijacker but my truck is rated for 21k so I was pondering loading for elephant, so to speak, (full-rate tow 21k) and therefore curious of the weight difference I might be hauling around when not towing. In either case, I'd be removing it with an engine hoist.

@Walton Yeah I would agree going with the higher rated one gives you room to grow in case you end up with a heavier trailer in the future.
