Can Extang Cargo Cleats part # EX1932 Install with Bedliner and Bed Rail Top

I am considering buying these for my 94 Chevy Z71. I will have rail top caps and a spray in bedliner. Will they fit?

Hey Terry, yes the Extang Cargo Cleats part # EX1932 do fit trucks that have spray in bed liners and bed rail top caps. In the attached picture you can see a truck with both of those things installed with the cleats.
