Hello Jamie,
Yes, the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Universal Installation Kit - Slide Bar Jaw - 16K # C16116 will technically work because it comes with the universal rail system. But, I recommend getting the Curt E16 5th # C88NV as it will come with the custom brackets for your 2017 Nissan Titan Pro 4X resulting in a much easier install for the rail system.
Please note that since you have a 5 1/2' bed, you will need a rotating pin box due to clearance issues, you do not want to take out the cab of your truck in a sharp turn.
