Hi, Im trying to find the right product needed for my 2021 Nissan titan pro 4x. It came with the towing package and has bedrails already installed so im wondering exactly what I will need to purchase? We will be pulling a 32 ft 5th wheel camper and it has a 57 bed as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a first time tower! Thanks so much! Dont mind the cleaning supplies in the flatbed of the truck! We own a cleaning business! Lol

Thanks for the picture! To tow a 5th wheel trailer with your 2021 Nissan Titan with a 57" bed you are going to need both a 5th wheel hitch and a rotating pin box. With that short of a bed a sliding hitch is not going to be enough to give you the clearance you need. As far as the rails in the bed of your truck go, those aren't for towing and you will need to remove them. To mount a 5th wheel hitch in your Titan you will need the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches item # DM8552033-71. This is a custom fit kit that bolts into existing holes in your frame. It will provide you with a set of industry standard rails that you will use to attach the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # DM8550043. This hitch has a 21,000 lbs capacity and the lightweight, 2-piece design makes installation and removal easy.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # DM8555002. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

If your 32 ft 5th wheel camper doesn't have a rotating pin box I would be happy to help you find one that is compatible. If you can send me a picture of the sticker on your trailer's pin box I will be able to use those numbers to find you the right part.
