Do these work with the destination 2 rack? Can I but just the strap without the ratcheting mechanism and attachment bolt?

Hey Tom yes, the Replacement Wheel Strap Assembly for Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Carrier # HR27FR works with the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # HLY94FR. If you just need the strap you can just disassemble and pull the strap out as well.

Hey Tom, how did things go with the wheel strap on your Destination 2 rack? Were you able to remove just the strap like you wanted? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
