Will this work with a recessed gooseneck ball in a flatbed?

Hey Skyler, yes the Ranch Hitch part # AM3100 that you referenced will work great with a recessed gooseneck ball in a flat bed truck. The cut out of your flat bed would provide more than enough clearance for this. Essentially this takes up just as much space as a standard gooseneck coupler.
