Question:
Good evening I have a question about your Universal fifth wheel rail mount kit. There are no directions in the kit just parts list. There are two longer carriage bolts and two tubes. I’m assuming they are spacers, but I was wondering if they sit in between the bottom of the bed and on top of the mounting bracket. It looks like such a huge gap with the spacer on. I just wanna make sure that I am doing this properly.

Hey Nick, sorry about the Curt universal bracket kit part # C16101 not coming with detailed instructions. I can help though as I linked the install instructions for the kit that uses this bracket kit and comes with rails with the part # C16200. The little half moon looking spacers install between the rail and the bed of the truck.

The spacers im talking about are the two tubes and it appears that the longer carriage bolts go through them but I’m not certain on how to properly set everything up
