Hey CC, the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks # CE48870 you're looking at will work fine for two inflatable 11' kayaks, but there is a more economical option that will do the exact same job.
I recommend instead going with the CE Smith Multi Sport Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks # CE48810. This trailer will also be able to house those 11' kayaks, has the same 800 lb capacity, and has the same rust-resistant galvanized steel coating that will do fine in salt water.
