Hey George! The T5 Fluorescent Light Bulb item # DI77VR, you were looking at, is just a pair of bulbs. You'll need a light fixture to use it. It measures 12" long x 5/8" diameter.

Jerred, Thanks for the info. I was confused as the spec calls out that it is for 12V. The spec does not say it requires a starter circuit, but they must have assumed that it is labeled florescent you have to have a starter to give it a higher voltage at start up with a ballast or the tube will not light up the gases inside. It looks like I will need to find the same size bulb that is LED and not florescent to be able to bypass the (bad) electronic ballast in my fixture. Thanks again for the quick response.
