Hey Zachary! I do have a solution, but there are no custom fit gooseneck hitches for your 2006 International 4400. What you can use is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500. This is a universal design that will require welding and possibly some fabrication so we recommend taking it to a certified welder/fabricator for installation.
