Hey Don, cool truck by the way! When I went to buy my truck, I was seriously considering one of these. But to answer your question yes, the Napier Backroadz Camo Truck Bed Tent # NA24FR will fit your 2023 Titan Pro 4X with a roll bar.
Looking at the OEM roll bar, it looks like it could be a weird fit but the straps that secure the tent to the truck are pretty long so I don't think you'll have any issues.
