Question:
Is it safe to use the Thule Helium Pro Bike Rack to transport one 50 lb electric bike and one 30 lb mountain bike.

Hey Todd, the max bike weight the Thule Helum part # TH9043PRO can handle is 37.5 lbs per bike. This has to do with the strength of the arms of the rack but more specifically the weight capacity of the frame cradles of the rack where each bike rides.
So instead you would need a platform bike rack as they are able to carry more weight. For that the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 would be a great option for both of your bikes. It's easier to load, lighterweight, and was designed to be able to attach to the more unusual frame styles of e-bikes.
