Inner Diameter of Boat Trailer Guide-On Roller

Question:
What is the actual diameter of the hole for the roller shaft. It’s made for use with 5/8” roller, but does the shaft fit tight or does the roller rotate on shaft?

Hi Harrison; it will be a snug fit since the actual inner diameter of the opening is 5/8". I attached the complete dimensions of the # DL21554 below for your reference.
