Hey Marty,
If the Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi # K71-651 has power and and you can hear it pushing fluid when the brake controller is activated then you have a leak or the brake pads are so worn down they are no longer providing resistance against the rotors. You'll need to check the following things:
- Trace the brake lines from the actuator back to each assembly looking for leaks
- Check the fluid level in the actuator and bleed the lines again
- Check the brake pads and while the wheel is off have someone activate the actuator to see if the caliper is pushing the pads together or if they're stuck.
How did you check if the actuator was working and what was the voltage coming to the actuator?
