I am going from a Ford to a GM with factory 5th wheel mounts. I need to swap out the adapter plates to my Demco 18k sliding hitch. I do not see any adapters on your website.

Hey Jr! I have exactly what you need. It's the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # DM49GV. These will bolt right onto the side of your Demco 18K item # DM8550024 and replace the Ford puck system side plates.
The Replacement Side Plates item # DM49GV are specifically designed to mount in the puck system on your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500.
