What is Wrong with My MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent, After 5 Minutes it Starts Beeping and Shuts Off?

I turn on the fan and after about 5mins it started beeping, then shut down and couldnt start it

Hello Bev,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your fan. First I would double check to make sure that you have the correct 12V going into the fan, and check any fuses just to rule those issues out. With the issue that you are describing it sounds like your circuit board is going out. You will want the # MA10A21276K to replace the circuit board if your model is a 4000K, 5100K, or 6200K. If you are unsure, please feel free to send me any number you can find on the unit so I can cross reference them to see what you do have.
