Do you off a bolt on hitch for a 2024 Peterbilt 389?

Hi Brent; custom fit hitches with a bolt-on installation are not something that is available for your 2024 Peterbilt 389. What you can use instead is the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16. This is a universal Class V hitch with a 2" receiver and a weld-on installation with 16" brackets.
