Will this fit with a spare tire bracket mounted on the tongue plus jack.

It would not since there is limited room there. You'd have to pick between having the spare carrier part # DMRKSTM mounted on the tongue of your Kar Kaddy and the Deflector part # DM5950. If there's room in a storage compartmen on your motorhome you might be able to fit the spare in there.
