Hello Jeff,

With having an aftermarket pucks system I am assuming you went with the Reese, I know that one mirrors the factory one from Ford. If that is case, then you have some options.

For rails you want # C88KR, they are Curt rails but they use the industry standard so your B&W hitch will sit on them no problem, unless you have the B&W Patriot Slider, it will not work. Also by using these rails it will add 2 1/2" to the height of your B&W hitch.

Or you can change out the base of your B&W and it will go directly into the puck system as well, but only if you have the B&W Companion: # BWRVB3300 for 8 foot bed, # BWRVB3370 for standard 6 1/2 food bed

If you do not have the Reese aftermarket puck system please let me know what you do have. That way I can check the measurements to make sure it mirrors the Ford puck system.

is there an option with the Patriot Slider? What 5th hitch would you recommend for the non OEM to add the puck system with the slider? I have the Patriot slider from my other set up but would like the cleaner look than having the rails in the bed.

@Jeff I am sorry, but they only make the B&W Companion for the puck system. There are different rails that will fit the puck system and work for the Patriot, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapters # DM6175. Reese is the only after market puck system that we carry and I can only find one for up to a 2022 F-250. I am going to reach out to Reese and see if they have not updated the years, or if they made a new one, or decided to stop making them. I might not receive an answer from them til the beginning of next week, but I will definitely let you know as soon as I hear anything.
