Will this hitch fit a 2015 XV with a nameless exhaust installed?

Hey Steve! That's going to depend on which Nameless exhaust you have. I went to their website and saw 2 pages of options and some will work with the EcoHitch item # 306-X7203. The issue you're going to run into is that hitch was designed for the factory exhaust on the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek.
I went ahead and linked a couple of installation videos and the instructions so you can compare your exhaust set up to where the hitch mounts.

Hey Steve, what did you find when you compared your Nameless exhaust setup to the EcoHitch mounting points? Your update could make it easier for others trying to fit that hitch with a similar exhaust.
