4-Way to 7-Way Extension Recommendation for towing a Trailer with a Truck

Question:
The 4 flat connector on my trailer isn't quite long enough to reach my truck connector. It also doesn't match because my truck has a 7 round connector. Do you have some type of extension or something like that?
