Yes you can replace one of the arms of your Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar part # RM-576. To pick out the correct inner arm you will first need to check the serial number on the tow bar. If the number is lower than 27824 then you have the older style Sterling and would need the Replacement Inner Arm Assembly part # RM910660. If you have a serial number higher than 27824 you would want the part # RM910660-10 instead.
If you bend the outer arm my contact at Roadmaster said you would need to replace the whole tow bar.
