Hi Michael; the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars like the # 23-0500 you looked at are only available for the standard cab. If you have the 2-door model of the extended cab you can use the # 25-0635 which are similar and available in black. If you're fine with a different brand we also have the Aries Round Nerf Bars - 3" Diameter - Polished Stainless Steel # AA204001-2. These fit the 2-door and 3-door extended cab.
