Will this model of Airlift bags fir a 2008 Ford F250 FX4 crewcab shortbed truck with a Pullrite model 2700 hitch and Pullrite Industry Standard mounting kit, model 2726?

There is an excellent suspension enhancement system I can recommend for your 2008 Ford F250 that has the Pullrite Industry Standard mounting kit part # 2726. But I checked the installation instructions for this rail kit and the # AL57398 and found that the two would interfere with each other so they could not be installed at the same time.
Check out the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit # SSA10. This system will give you adjustable suspension support by reinforcing your leaf springs and also acts as an anti-sway system. A coworker of mine has these on his vehicle and really likes them.
