Hey Michael,
I recommend picking up the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-181-54-1 for your 2004 Gulf Stream Independence 8320 because you install them and then you don't have to mess with them at all after the installation. They just supply more support as more weight is put on them!
