I don't have the exact measurements you're looking for on the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-3550, but what I can say is that this grille guard is a custom fit for your 2018 Ram 2500.
We actually had the chance to install this on a 2012 Ram 3500 so I'm attaching a photo of the finished look so you can get a good idea of what this will look like after it's installed.
