Hey Bryan,
We have the Driver's Side # BP18-050 as well as the Passenger's Side # BP18-060 AL-KO/Hayes Disc Brake Caliper for a 10K/12K axle, which it sounds like you're needing.
If you also need to replace your brake pads, then the kit # BP04-400 is what you need to order (one per caliper).
