Question:

I have a 2013 Honda Odyssey minivan and want to put 2 Thule Hullavators on the roof. I am trying to figure out the correct crossbar, and want to make sure I can fit 2 systems on the roof. Can you help?

Hey Mark, for your 2013 Honda Odyssey you'd need a roof rack with longer crossbars like the Yakima Jetstream part # Y57SD to fit two of the Thule Hullavators part # TH898. This rack has 60 inch crossbars that are the nicest and quietest options around.

Thank you for your answer on the Hullavator. So it looks like if I purchase the Yakima crossbars, I can use 2 of them on my van. My other question is: this van will not last forever and I would ideally want to eventually move the 2 Hullavators to my 2024 Lexus RX350. I realize that this would most likely require different crossbars, but is it even possible to have 2 Hullavators on my Lexus?

@Mark It would be possible but a longer crossbar setup would need to be used. Since every situation is different what I would recommend is to load both of the kayaks and carriers on the van roof rack and then with the racks as close together as they can be let me know how much crossbar space the two racks take up measuring from outside mounting bracket to outside mounting bracket. The 60 inch bars would be long enough but hopefully by time you need rack on the Lexus there are longer bars available.
