Would this be a good product to grease the EZ-lube Dexter axle of my Geo Pro Travel Trailer?

Yes, the LubriMatic Heavy-Duty Midget Grease Gun Kit with Multipurpose Grease # L30-192 is a good option, but you will need to confirm what grease is currently being used so you can make sure they are compatible with each other.
I'm attaching a chart that shows what grease types are compatible with each other for you to use. This is Lithium 12-Hydroxystearate so that's what you'll follow in the chart.
