The highest capacity trailer hitch that we carry for 2008 Toyota Tundra models with a factory hitch is the Torklift Class IV Trailer Hitch, # TLT1300H. This hitch has a maximum weight carrying capacity of 8,000 lbs and a maximum weight capacity with weight distribution of 15,000 lbs. Vehicles with factory hitches have interference where the rear attachment points would be to install the Curt Hitch part # C15398 that you referenced.

Keep in mind, adding a Class IV or V trailer hitch does not increase the towing capacity of your truck, just the capacity of the hitch. I recommend checking your owners manual to verify the towing capacity of your truck before towing.

These hitches come with 2 inch receiver openings, so most hitch mounted accessories and ball mounts will fit. It also includes all of the installation hardware necessary to complete the installation. I have attached a link to the installation instructions for you to check out.

For a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin and clip, I would recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, part # 989900. This is a kit which includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, and a hitch pin and clip.
