Where is Manual Release Lever for Pace Edwards UltraGroove

Question:
If the cover is closed and there is a dead battery or motor failure, the release is all the way up under the cover on the cannister?

Hey Mark, yes it is correct that the manual release for the Pace Edwards UltraGroove # PE87QJ is under the cover up near the cannister. I know that is pretty hard to get to but it would be pretty rare that your battery would be totally dead and you'd need to get to the truck bed at same time. Putting it there makes it harder to defeat it by a thief as well.
