Can The Rhino Rack Reconn-Deck Crossbars Be Mounted To RLT600 Legs?

Question:

Hi, Rhino-Rack mounting solution 1. Is there a spacer or other part that will allow the Reconn Deck Bar to be mounted to the RLT600 legs? 2. Can the Reconn Deck Bar be mounted to the Heavy Duty Bar? 3. From my research I believe item RTC8JW will mount on top of truck bed horizontal flats on sides of truck bed. I would then like to mount RLT600 legs to the RTC8JW rail. At this point is there a way to mount the Reconn Deck Bar to the RLT600 legs utilizing either a spacer or combination of a spacer and Heavy Duty Bar? Thank you Richard

Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. The Rhino Rack Reconn-Deck Crossbars can only be mounted to the Reconn-Deck Truck Bed Rack Towers # RR62FH. There is no spacer or adapter for mounting these to the # RRRLT600 legs.

The Reconn-Deck Truck Bed Rack Towers # RR62FH will work with the Reconn bars, the Rhino Rack Vortex Bars or the Pioneer Platform.

The Reconn Towers # RR62FH will work with the RTC8JW rails so I recommend using the Reconn Towers instead of the RLT600 towers. Then just use the Reconn bars or Vortex bars.

Hey Richard, did you end up switching to the Reconn Towers for your truck bed setup? Knowing how that worked with the RTC8JW rails could help others planning a similar build.
