Hey Bob,
For your 1958 Oasis camper with a 12' body length I recommend the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover - All Climate + Wind - Gray # AD57ZR. It fits trailers up to 15' in length so there will be a bit of slack to tighten up but the included straps will help snug the cover up to the body of the trailer and prevent the fabric from flapping in the wind. This cover is rated for use in all climates and has zippered sides so that you can still access your trailer with the cover on.
