Hello Jack, thanks for reaching out. According to the online specs for the 2018 Rockwood Roo 183 the camper itself is about 21.25' long. They do not specify if this is the length of the body of the camper of the length including the tongue. The cover will only go on the body of the camper and will not cover the tongue so please do confirm the length of the body of the camper for me. If the 21.25' is the correct body length, what I recommend for a cover is the etrailer RV Cover For Travel Trailers # e24VV. This is made to fit travel trailers between 20' and 22' long so it will be perfect for a 21.25' long trailer. It has adjustable straps for a nice snug fit, and it has zipper panels for easy access to doors.

the front of camper to and including spare tire is about 18'6"

@Jack Ok gotcha. In that case use the etrailer RV Cover for Travel Trailers # e84VV instead. This is made for travel trailers between 18' and 20' long so it will fit nicely.
