You can potentially replace the scissor jacks on your trailers with the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer, # UF39-941705. It will install on the bottom of the frame as long as the frame width is 48 to 80 inches measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other.
If you measure the frame of your Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 5th wheel Model 8286ws and it falls in that range you would be good to use this jack.
