Is the Mounting Hole Bolt Pattern of the CE Smith Adjustable Vertical Bunk Bracket Square

Question:
CE Smith - Trailer 10170GA Adjustable Front Bunk Hold Bracket. The task I’m trying to accomplish, would require 2 of them. If I were to give one of these brackets a turn, to support a 2 inch crossbeam a trailer hitch bike rack, would the bolt holes line up?Thank you for your response, in advance.

Hey Steven, I believe you are asking if the mounting bolt pattern of the CE Smith Adjustable Vertical Bunk Bracket part # CES85QR is square so that you could rotate it 90 degrees and the bolts would all line up. This is not the case for this as the bolts holes are wider by about 1/2 inch than they are tall.
