Updated 10/07/2024 | Published 10/05/2024

Question:

I have a Keystone Springdale 260 BHC I have two speakers on the out side. I can connect blue tooth to my phone it shows at M-600BT. When I want to play audio from my connected phone all I get is a ticking sound. there is no volume for the speakers other than my phone. nothing but an exterior light switch 2 to turn the speakers on. how do I get audio from the speakers?

Hey Jason, this has actually come up in the past and when we've spoken to the manufacturer they recommended to factory reset the unit first. If the factory reset doesn't fix the clicking sound, then you'd need to check your wiring for any damage. If your wiring is fine as well, then you'd need to replace it with a different unit because there could be an issue internally.

How do you do a factory reset on the speakers? There is only an off and on switch. Thank you

@JasonB Jason, I attached a picture of the reset "button" to this answer, but basically you're going to need to use a ball point pen or something smaller to press the button inside that hole circled.
