Adhesive to Use to Reattach RV Tank Heated Pads

The rubber heated mats under the tanks on my camp trailer have started to peel off. what glue product do you recommend to reattach them.

Hey Doug, it looks like contact cement is the best adhesive to use to reattach the tank heaters on your camp trailer.
