how much does this actually help and what is weight capacity?

Hey Mike, this is a great question but the weight capacity of the MOS Uplifter # MR79ZV is 85 lbs and it will reduce the weight by 75 percent. So for easy math's sake lets say you had 85 lbs of cargo you'd only be lifting what feels like 21 lbs.
