Question:

I have a 2007 new model GMC sierra 1500 that I just bought a brush guard for. I dont not know the manufacturer of the brush guard only the number stamped on the side of it DOP 1300 53044. I am wondering if you can tell me what the part numbers are for the replacement bracket kit seeing as it did not come with brackets from the private dealer I bought it from

Unfortunately without knowing the exact grille guard on your 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 new body, there's just no way to verify the exact hardware you need. I couldn't find anything regarding the number, though the grille guard we offer for your truck is the Aries Grille Guard # AA4070.

The hardware for this is the Replacement Hardware Kit for Aries Grille Guard # AA49FB, though I have to note you cannot mix and match grill guards and hardware so if you don't have the exact part # AA4070, the mounting hardware won't work and it won't be returnable. You are certainly welcome to chance it, but I just wanted to be fully transparent for you.
