Should Roof Rack Cargo Box be a Little Larger or Little Smaller

Car Roof Bag - Is it generally better to buy a car roof bag that is smaller or larger than the basket I have mounted to the roof of my car?

Hey Amy, so ideally you get a car roof bag that is matched well to the size of the cargo basket. Deciding on whether too big is better than too small will really depend on what you need to carry and how much smaller or bigger is available. I would probably go with too big as default as it could always be strapped down tighter.
