Can Ranch Hitch Gooseneck Adapter be Installed on a Curt RotaFlex Pin Box

I have a Curt RotaFlex pin box on my 5th wheel trailer will this gooseneck adapter work with it

Hey Larry,
You'll need to swap out your entire pin box in order to use a gooseneck hitch adapter like the Ranch Hitch # AM3100 because the RotaFlex has a pivoting head and all of these adapters are designed for standard pin boxes.
If you let me know what the number is for your pin box (like 1621 or 0719) then I'll be able to help you out with a replacement pin box.
