Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out!
For your application you'll want to use the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose # 100019-15 along with the Propane Adapter Fitting # 37207-30045 to get you from the POL to NPT 1/4" fittings you're needing. Aside from this we don't have a pigtail with the exact ends you need to match up.
