UWS003-SLLKBLK would there be a option of having the handle keyed alike if purchasing 2 handles for a crossover truck toolbox and do you have a connecting rod available for the handles

Hey, Noeh, the Replacement Lock Handle for UWS Secure Lock Crossover Truck Toolboxes # UWS003-SLLKBLK is actually not available to be keyed alike, unfortunately.
You could use the Replacement Locking Paddle Handle for UWS Toolboxes # UWSLOCKING with the Replacement Lock Cylinder for UWS Toolboxes w Square Paddle Handles # UWSLOCKCH503 which will let you swap all of the lock cores so they use the same key.
