Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement number CH503 lock cylinder and the keys for your UWS tool boxes that have the square paddle handles. Now these parts here will replace a damaged lock cylinder on your UWS tool box. It uses the square paddle handles. Now this lock cylinder will not work with the draw slide, the dog boxes, the T-handles, or the push-button locks. It does include the lock cylinder and the two keys, and it uses the same number that's on the lock.
If you look on the keys themselves, you'll see there's a number on it, it says CH503. And then if you look at the lock cylinder, on that, it is stamped CH503. That tells you that these keys will work in this lock cylinder. Now, if you do need the key separately, if you already have this lock and missing the keys, you can buy just the keys. You just get the number off the key to match what the lock cylinder says.
But as you can see, this will fit right in there, lock and unlock, and then pull it right out. But that should do it for the review on the replacement number CH503 lock cylinder and the keys for your UWS tool boxes that have the square paddle handles.

Awesome product
This lock was exactly what I needed to replace one in a used truck box. The fit was spot on based on the information I input. Works perfectly and locks up tight with no wiggle. If needed I would definitely come back to etrailer.

Needed a key and a lock. Looked around and "etrailer.com" had just the product I needed at a great price. Ordered it on a Friday evening and it was delivered on Monday!!!!! Talk about outstanding Customer Service! The keys work perfect in the existing lock and the replacement lock was easy to replace. After a year of constant use and exposure to the elements the locks are still working like new!!!!
Bought a used tool box for my truck, and of course there was no key available. I knew the brand of the tool box, so I did a google search. I ended up finding etrailer corporation, and the amount/availability of parts was excellent. Typed in the code on the existing lock and quickly found the replacement. Install was a breeze and the lock works perfect.
Will definitely use etrailer again, I highly recommend this company.
Nut on cylinder was slightly cross-threaded, but bought this for the keys. Not overly concerned.
Product was great, and the customer service was even better, very easy to talk to and helpful. The only thing I would say is that the lock cylinder I received was a little difficult to slide the key in and out and turn, but once I put a little graphite lubricant in it it worked like a charm!
Works as described.
Fit our Delta toolbox perfectly. We had searched for one for quite some time & nothing would work till we found this one.

Still working great after a year in harsh conditions. So well that I used them in two, additional Dee Zee boxes.
Ordered this lock and key set to change my toolbox set to match my side boxes.
Took less than 5 min to install and now all boxes use the same key.
