Nut on cylinder was slightly cross-threaded, but bought this for the keys. Not overly concerned.
This lock was exactly what I needed to replace one in a used truck box. The fit was spot on based on the information I input. Works perfectly and locks up tight with no wiggle. If needed I would definitely come back to etrailer.
Product worked perfect very easy to install. Definitely worth buying if u need to change locks on your toolbox

Needed a key and a lock. Looked around and "etrailer.com" had just the product I needed at a great price. Ordered it on a Friday evening and it was delivered on Monday!!!!! Talk about outstanding Customer Service! The keys work perfect in the existing lock and the replacement lock was easy to replace. Now I can secure my tool box and use the paddle handle to open it from either side. Thank you etrailer.com.
Bought a used tool box for my truck, and of course there was no key available. I knew the brand of the tool box, so I did a google search. I ended up finding etrailer corporation, and the amount/availability of parts was excellent. Typed in the code on the existing lock and quickly found the replacement. Install was a breeze and the lock works perfect.
Will definitely use etrailer again, I highly recommend this company.

Product was great, and the customer service was even better, very easy to talk to and helpful. The only thing I would say is that the lock cylinder I received was a little difficult to slide the key in and out and turn, but once I put a little graphite lubricant in it it worked like a charm!
Fit our Delta toolbox perfectly. We had searched for one for quite some time & nothing would work till we found this one.

Ordered this lock and key set to change my toolbox set to match my side boxes.
Took less than 5 min to install and now all boxes use the same key.
