When the control cup is locked how do you unlock it. We have just bought this chair second hand and have no book how to use it

Hey Judy, to unlock the Replacement Cup Holder for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas # 195-387597 you'll just need to press the lock button (shown in the picture), which should be lit up red right now if it's locked.
