The SnapPad kit you need for your 5-3/4" square foot pads are the SnapPad XTRA Square 6 Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems w/ 6" Square Jack Feet # SN99FR. This is a kit of 4 pads that fit square feet measuring 5-3/4" - 6" square so they will fit perfectly for your situation.
If you just need 1 or 2 feet then you'll want to pick up the individual pad # SN77FR and change it to the desired quantity before ordering.
