How Can I Get Replacement Mounting Hardware For Thule Elite Van XT 2 TH302013?

Question:
I have a 2022 Jayco 20TLi RV VAN class B. I need to reinstall my Thule model s 307340/302013 onto the right side back door. However I dont have any of the mounting supplies kit to remount it such as glue, protection pads, etc..... I hope this is something you can help me with. Thanks Donna

Hello Donna. We do carry the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack # TH302013, but unfortunately, we do not carry any replacement protection pads or mounting hardware or anything like that. We only carry the rack as a whole. Your best bet will be to reach out directly to Thule. They are usually pretty good at taking care of this kind of thing.

I reached out to Thule. They do not have any replacement kits or remounting kits. I find it unbelievable to put out a product that's so pricey and not be able to sell a kit for putting it on. Do they not ever think someone might need to take it off and put it on another vehicle? The customer service is not good at Thule in my opinion. They have had years to correct this but have not. Will neve buy Thule again.
