Could this be used to mount bikes vertically on the back of a 2021 Ram Promaster?

Hello Kelly. The SeaSucker Bomber MAX Bike Rack # SEA38QR is intended to be mounted horizontally on a vehicles roof. While the vacuum cups are quite strong, the rack should not be mounted vertically.
