Can this hitch be transferred from a Chevrolet to a Ford by changing the puck plates?

Hey Larry, yes you can convert the Demco Hijacker part # DM29GV to fitting a Ford OEM puck kit by swapping the side plates to the part # DM6033 and you'd be set. This would essentially turn the hitch into the part # DM8550038.
